At LINEX INDUSTRIES LTD., we are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix paint to the desired color and texture.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging as needed.
- Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting or a related field.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
The Painter will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
