We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at PRABH HOMES PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE CORPORATION. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance and other statistical reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
