- Audit employee performance and monitor quality assurance metrics to ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, legislation, and divisional standards.
- Identify gaps from internal audit findings and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and provide consultation to staff on policies and procedures and other quality assurance-related issues.
