About the Role

Enercare Inc. is a leading provider of home and commercial services in Canada, and we're seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our treasury and debt management activities, including forecasting, budgeting, financing, and capital management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee various credit facilities and monitor debt compliance to ensure efficient financing of Enercare's growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support corporate and line of business-specific debt, including cash flow forecasting and collateral analysis.
  • Partner with the broader finance function to monitor cash and debt levels, and participate in strategic planning and monthly re-forecasting processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency in treasury management processes.
  • Support analysis and presentations for lenders, rating agencies, and Private Equity sponsors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.
  • CPA or CFA designation required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in treasury and financial modeling, including scenario/sensitivity analysis, leverage scenarios, and financial evaluation.
  • Advanced modeling skills, with working knowledge of Python a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate with Executive Leadership Team.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize and critically analyze issues.
