At 33 Lock Inc., we're dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, the Customer Success Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals with our innovative smart lock solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer success, account management, or a similar field, with a strong understanding of customer experience strategies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential for creating lasting connections with our clients.
We're looking for an independent, motivated, and accountable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Remote work options are available, with bi-weekly in-person meetings and team lunches to foster collaboration and rapport building.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking charge of the post-sales journey, ensuring seamless handoffs from sales to implementation
- Guiding customers through installation, training, and product adoption
- Working closely with suppliers, installation teams, automation partners, and customers to ensure smooth deployments
- Jumping in to help troubleshoot and coordinate tech support whenever needed
