Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs, medication side effects, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, including discharge planning and resident education.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- M.S./B.S. or equivalent experience preferred.
- Nursing experience with clinical competence and strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of and appreciation for the aging process.
- Ability to be self-directive in delegated areas of responsibility.
