Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs, medication side effects, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, including discharge planning and resident education.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • M.S./B.S. or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Nursing experience with clinical competence and strong leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and appreciation for the aging process.
  • Ability to be self-directive in delegated areas of responsibility.
