As a Cyber Security Risk Lead at Nova Scotia Power, you will play a critical role in leading a team to drive maximum value delivered by our cyber security risk services. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Cyber Risk, you will be responsible for translating enterprise cyber risk requirements into technical control requirements and specifications.

You will have a proven ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and drive risk remediation decisions. This role requires strong leadership skills, including coaching, workload management, and performance evaluation.

The successful candidate will have experience in using cyber security standards and best practices to assist in the creation of persuasive policy and procedures. You will also have a broad understanding of people, process, and technology and the roles they play in a complex organization.

This role will support the Manager, Enterprise Cyber Risk in delivering oral and written reports to senior management and making recommendations for improvements to the organization's cyber security processes and systems.
