Job Title: Front-end React Developer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-end React Developer Lead to join our team at Thinkmax in Montreal. As a key member of our digital development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of front-end applications using React.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of front-end applications using React, ensuring high-quality code and efficient deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement front-end solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with React, including its ecosystem and tools.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with front-end build tools, such as Webpack and Babel.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries, such as Redux.
  • Strong understanding of front-end development principles, including accessibility and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
