We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Factory Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our factory equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as needed
  • Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a maintenance or production environment
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
