At Kiya Global Products Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our retail establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless store operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales growth.



Key Responsibilities

  • Store Management

    • Direct and control daily store operations to meet sales targets and customer service standards.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.

  • Merchandise and Marketing

    • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
    • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including products, promotions, and pricing strategies.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.

  • Staff Management

    • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective store operations and customer service.
    • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to optimize store performance.
    • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to meet business needs.

  • Supervision and Customer Service

    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people to ensure effective store operations and customer service.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a prompt and professional manner.

    Requirements

    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management.
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work a 35-hour work week.
