Job SummaryThe Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store appearance, customer service, and overall shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stockroom conditions, and ensure accurate receiving and processing of merchandise.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to Company safety protocols and regulations.
- Train and develop employees to meet performance expectations and promote career growth within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; prior retail management experience preferred.
- Proven track record of improving sales performance, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, as well as climb ladders when necessary.
Spencer's & Spirit Halloween offers competitive compensation, including an estimated $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also provide opportunities for professional growth and development, a comprehensive benefits package, and a fun, dynamic work environment.
