Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Operations Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, supervise and check assembly of trays, and establish work schedules.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and standing for extended periods.
