Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Education Program Coordinator to join our team at Jevick Consulting Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating educational outcomes, supervising education policy researchers, and producing reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Educational Outcomes

The Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for evaluating the actual educational outcomes in comparison with the intended outcomes expressed in the objectives of the program. This will involve analyzing data and making recommendations for improvement.

Supervise Education Policy Researchers

The successful candidate will supervise other education policy researchers, consultants, and program officers. This will involve providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Produce Reports

The Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for producing reports on educational outcomes, program effectiveness, and other related topics. These reports will be used to inform decision-making and drive improvement.

Follow Education Policies and Programs

The successful candidate will be responsible for following education policies and programs, including those related to curriculum development, teacher training, and student assessment.

Perform Administrative Tasks

The Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.

Conduct Statistical Analyses

The successful candidate will conduct statistical analyses to determine the cost and effectiveness of education policies and programs. This will involve using data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Provide Professional Development

The Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing on-going professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers. This will involve working with teachers to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these needs.

Develop Teaching Materials

The successful candidate will develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery. This will involve working with teachers and other stakeholders to identify the needs of students and developing materials that meet these needs.

Prepare Research Papers

The Education Program Coordinator will be responsible for preparing research papers, educational texts, and articles on topics related to education policy and program development.

Supervision

The successful candidate will supervise 3-4 people.

Security and Safety

The Education Program Coordinator will require a basic security clearance.
