Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Nova Scotia Ltd. o/a HI Dartmouth. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to engage with customers and promote our brand.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to optimize online marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure press coverage.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions.
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with social media marketing and analytics tools.
