Job Title: Barber Shop Manager


About the Role: 


As a key member of the Man Cave Barber Shop Inc. team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barber Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our shop.


Responsibilities:



  • Direct and control daily operations: Ensure the smooth execution of all shop activities, including customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  • Evaluate daily operations: Analyze shop performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Plan and organize daily operations: Develop and implement efficient schedules, manage staff, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff: Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory: Manage the shop's budget, track expenses, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Hire, train and supervise staff: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
