Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Agence de placement et de développement internationale. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing journal entries, and performing general office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and ledgers.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Perform general office duties, including answering telephone calls and greeting customers.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma in accounting or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
- Willing to relocate.
- Permanent work term.
- 40 hours per week.
Language: French.
