LAPRAIRIE is seeking a skilled Class 1 truck driver to join our team. As a bulk commodity hauler, you will be responsible for hauling various bulk materials in Super B and tridem live bottom configurations on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Haul bulk commodities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and maintain a clean and organized truck
  • Operate loading and unloading equipment as required
  • Adhere to daily schedules set out by Dispatch
  • Complete daily driver logs accurately and on time
  • Ability to navigate work sites and adapt to daily changes in site scope of work
  • Excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Class 1 license with a clean drivers abstract
  • Three years or more of bulk commodity hauling experience is preferred
  • Availability to work overtime when needed
  • Daily subsistence for out-of-town work
  • Oilfield experience is a significant asset
