Aircraft Delivery Coordinator Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Aircraft Delivery Coordinator Specialist, responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of aircraft to customers. The role requires a high level of organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Job DescriptionIn this key position, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of aircraft to customers, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring aircraft readiness and coordinating with operation management to ensure all technical issues are resolved before customer delivery;
- Serving as primary point of contact with customers during delivery, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the process;
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, including Interior Design, Production, Quality, and Project Management teams, to ensure all completion specifications meet customer expectations;
- Regularly interacting with operations management to align delivery plans with customer requirements;
- Evaluating technical deliverables and equipment to ensure readiness for customer review;
- Collaborating with sales teams to coordinate sales support visits and ensure production aircraft are available and presentable for prospective buyers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in business or commercial aviation, with a strong background in customer-facing roles;
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and achieve important milestones;
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to explain complex issues in simple terms;
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners;
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken), with other languages being an asset;
- Comfortable participating in flight activities and occasional travel.
