We are a leading construction company specializing in residential framing. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team.



Job Summary:

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential building projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, cabinetmakers, and trade helpers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to relevant codes and regulations.
  • Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and forecasts.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential construction industry.
  • Strong leadership skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail: High level of attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective solutions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:
