Job Summary


Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an OT, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and reporting on clients with diverse needs. Your expertise will be utilized in various settings, including client homes, communities, and worksites.



Clinical Responsibilities



  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including OT In Home Assessments, Worksite Assessments, and Ergonomic Assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with clients and healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Delegate, train, and supervise Rehab Assistants when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and complete comprehensive reports, adhering to standards set by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.


Other Responsibilities



  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Maintain professional liability insurance.
  • Participate in ongoing education activities and adhere to Bayshore HealthCare's policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and proactive Health & Safety activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information.
