Carlton Cards LTD is a leading greeting card company in Canada, seeking an experienced Greeting Card Merchandising Specialist.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the greeting card department at top Canadian Retailers.
  • You will utilize Carlton Cards Best Practice techniques to ensure optimal product displays and reordering of merchandise.
  • Additional duties include straightening products on display, reporting on returned products, and other tasks as communicated by your Field Manager.

This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a merchandising or retail environment.
  • Ability to lift boxes of product up to 40 pounds in weight.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
