Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex information and create clear, concise documentation to explain software and equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Conduct research to establish factual content and gather necessary information.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, and other supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software and equipment installation, operation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word proficiency.
  • Experience with documentation management tools.
  • Strong understanding of business and industry practices.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
