Risk Governance Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective risk management processes to mitigate potential risks.
Main Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our risk landscape, including business risks and emerging risks.Design and deliver risk management training programs to enhance organizational knowledge and skills.Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and provide recommendations to senior executives.Develop and track risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential losses.Assist in the development of key risk indicator metrics to measure risk exposure.Support the implementation and enhancement of project risk management tools to ensure effective risk management.Prepare regular reporting, including quarterly risk registers, to keep stakeholders informed.Continuously research and improve risk management tools and techniques to stay ahead of emerging risks.Requirements:
University degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.Professional Risk Management Certification (CRM, CRMP, or other) is an asset.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk management, risk analysis, and risk mitigation.Strong analytical and research skills to identify and assess risks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Commitment to Company Health and Safety standards and expectations.Why Join Us?
