Overview

We at TRC Companies, Inc. are a leading provider of innovative solutions for the energy and infrastructure sectors. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing program pipeline and inquiries, serving as a liaison between program management and internal project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project processing, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Schedule and Deliverables

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program meets monthly targets
- Validate projects have met program requirements and conduct QA review of projects
- Update all manuals, guidelines, FAQs, internal and external documents

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with up to 5 years of professional experience
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Residency within the State of New Jersey, preferably from regions identified by the state of New Jersey as Overburdened Communities
- Valid driver's license
- Strong computer and record-keeping skills: proficiency in MS Office and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $77,522 per year.
