We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join our finance team in downtown Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage 50 and ADP, as well as strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes. You will also need to be able to assist in budgeting and financial forecasting, conduct account analysis, and prepare financial reports as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update financial records using Sage 50
  2. Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  3. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  5. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  6. Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employee wages using ADP
  7. Prepare financial reports as needed for management review.

Key Skills:
