Plumber Trainee

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber trainee to join our team at VEP Mechanical Ltd. As a plumber trainee, you will be responsible for assisting experienced plumbers with various tasks, including reading blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
• Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and fittings.
• Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering equipment.
• Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade.
• Possess strong hand-eye coordination and ability to handle heavy loads.
• Demonstrate accurate and efficient interpersonal skills.
