Job Title: Urban Snow Removal Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Urban Snow Removal Equipment Operator to join our team at Snowman. As a key member of our winter maintenance team, you will be responsible for operating various snow removal equipment to ensure safe and efficient snow removal operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate snowplows, salt trucks, and sanding trucks to clear snow and ice from roads and sidewalks
  • Check, lubricate, refuel, and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Report any malfunctions to the supervisor and perform basic repairs as needed
  • Spread sand or salt on sidewalks for snow or ice control
Requirements:
  • Experience operating snow removal equipment, preferably with a salt truck or sanding truck
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in cold and wet conditions, with occasional overtime required
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
