Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Grizzly Trucks. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management
    • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
    • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Financial Analysis
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Assist with special projects, such as financial audits and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Proficient in accounting software and systems.
