We are seeking a strategic leader who can oversee the maintenance planning process, analyze data, and optimize results to ensure effective maintenance frequencies. With your planning mindset and strong communication skills, you will lead a team to success by developing and maintaining strong business relationships with stakeholders, including field operations, plant operations, Engineering, Finance, and the Project Management Office.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized program, plus 8-12 years' relevant experience. Experience in process plant maintenance and/or the gas utility industry is an asset. A demonstrated knowledge of maintenance, reliability, and asset management principles is required, as well as the ability to balance multiple priorities in the interest of numerous stakeholders.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of gas distribution and transmission systems, Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) facilities, and associated regulatory requirements and codes. You will also be responsible for working knowledge of life cycle cost analysis, lean six sigma principles, and spare parts strategy. The salary for this position is estimated to be between $125,000 - $175,000 per year.
