We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise DBA or Data Analyst to join our team at Finesse Tech. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in database administration and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, troubleshoot issues, and provision databases and permissions as needed.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data warehousing strategies and dimensional data models.
- Contribute to the design and standards around ETL and reporting.
- Manage the IWS QlikView infrastructure and develop databases, ETL, and reports as required.
- Minimum + years of experience in database administration.
- Strong administration experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including failover-clustering, log shipping, or Availability Groups.
- Experience in T-SQL database development, including views, complex stored procedures, functions, and CLR functions.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar reporting/ETL tools.
- Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Years of combined working experience as a DBA, database developer, and/or data analyst.
- Experience with other BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau, MS PowerPivot / PowerView / Semantic Model.
- Experience with Oracle / PL-SQL.
