Job Description for Family Assistant

Michael Rondinelli is seeking a Family Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities and Skills
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, maintaining a well-stocked pantry and kitchen.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, providing exceptional childcare and attention to detail.
  • Cook nutritious meals, taking into account dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Prepare and serve meals, maintaining a tidy and organized dining area.
  • Supervise and care for children, engaging in activities and providing a stimulating environment.
  • Ensure all childcare tasks are completed to a high standard, adhering to our company's expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Able to commit to 40 hours per week, working as a dedicated member of our team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and patience, with a warm and caring approach to childcare.
