About the Project

ELEKS is seeking a skilled Python Developer to contribute to our team in Krakow. Our customer's project aims to create a centralized platform that serves as a comprehensive hub for customers to interact with their product. This portal will facilitate user engagement by providing a singular location where customers can define data sources, manipulate data, and obtain desired results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop solutions and algorithms based on technical specifications or requirements documentation
  • Modify existing code and verify its functionality, ensuring compliance with readability and performance standards
  • Use version control systems to track code optimization progress and manage code changes
  • Perform analysis, verification, and debugging of software code at the application unit level
  • Detect defects, apply debugging techniques, and use modern compilers, debuggers, and code optimizers
  • Develop and document program interfaces, software module and component assembly procedures, software deployment and update procedures, as well as data migration and transformation procedures
  • Coordinate task deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager
Requirements
  • 5 years of software development experience using Python
  • Knowledge of time series databases is an advantage
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency
  • Capable of debugging and resolving complex technical problems
  • Experience working in agile development teams
