About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregiver to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Personal Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry.
  • Offer companionship and social support to our clients, engaging them in activities and conversations.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a formal, accredited caregiver training program or equivalent experience.
  • Reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one.
