The Manager, Planning & Portfolio Management will be responsible for the development and establishment of SMG's IT portfolio management practice. The Manager provides leadership in the establishment of project management methodologies, processes, and tools to support the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT portfolio management methodologies and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a robust project management framework to support the delivery of IT projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and team members to ensure effective project execution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT portfolio management and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive project execution and team collaboration.
