We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pet Care Services Manager to join our team at West Vancouver Veterinary Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality pet care.
- Pet Care and Wellness: Care for pets, plan and organize daily operations, and maintain and order supplies to ensure a clean and safe environment for our furry friends.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with our clients.
- Experience and Education: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in pet care or a related field, and a certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
- Competitive Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary and benefits package, including dental plan and group insurance benefits.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: A permanent full-time position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
- Language of Work: English.
