About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Roadrunner Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications, perform scheduled maintenance service, and advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accurate work, a client-focused approach, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • Support for Diversity and Inclusion: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 40 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
