About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Innovative Facility Care Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain commercial buildings and retail service establishments, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure
  • Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work
  • Attention to detail and ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with 17 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
