About the Role

Warraich Meats is seeking a skilled and dedicated Butcher - Retail or Wholesale Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail and wholesale operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Processing: Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, cut carcasses, sides, and quarters, and cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat.
  • Meat Preparation: Wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat, cut poultry into parts, and grind meats.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Operate manual cutting utensils and other equipment as required.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
