Dietitian II

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dietitian to join our Primary Care team in Burns Lake. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will work collaboratively to develop and implement care plans that promote the health and well-being of our patients.

• Provide comprehensive nutrition assessment and counseling services to patients with various health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the nutritional needs of patients
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other members of the interprofessional team to ensure comprehensive care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in nutrition and dietetics

• Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics
• Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
• Registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia
• Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment
• Valid BC Driver's License
