Tax Manager or Senior Manager

At Andsimple, we're seeking a seasoned professional to join our Family Office team as a Senior Manager. This role is instrumental in driving the growth and strategic evolution of our Family Office practice, delivering a best-in-class service offering, and contributing to the overall growth of the Andsimple Family Office practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Tax Strategy pillar leader to drive and deliver successful client engagements, ensuring compliance in personal and corporate matters.
- Evaluate, assess, and anticipate client needs and interests, recommending potential solutions and value-add services.
- Stay on top of proposed and existing accounting and reporting regulations, and their implications for clients.
- Collaborate with other Andsimple Tax, Audit, Legal, and advisory teams to ensure a consistent, reliable, and integrated approach for clients.
- Support practice leaders and senior managers in business development strategies, go-to-market approach, and client/family relationship models.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Andsimple Family Office, maintaining a strong presence in the market and enhancing the Andsimple brand recognition and reputation.
- Strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for client service excellence.
- Significant personal presence and excellent networking skills.
- Professional Accounting Designation.
- Completion of the In-depth Tax course.
