Scope of the PositionAs a Digital Solutions Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to all Sonepar operating companies in the Ontario area, assisting customers who wish to open an online account or are currently using one of our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with existing and new customers about their e-commerce interests and provide personalized support.
- Set up new accounts, manage paperwork, and coordinate with all relevant departments, providing ongoing administrative support.
- Provide monthly updates to vendors on digital performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Offer customer service support for all online orders, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Manage and communicate backorders for all B2C transactions, maintaining accurate records and communicating with customers.
- Maintain customer information, including emails and web shipping details, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Update product titles through the WEBUI to ensure accurate search results based on analytics, improving customer experience.
- Assist with customer training sessions, providing educational support and resources.
- Set up new customers on ACCUBID, ensuring seamless integration with our digital platforms.
- Report bugs and follow up with the development team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Update metrics regularly, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Keep Management, Sales Reps, and Branch Managers informed about customer interests and issues, providing regular updates and insights.
- Participate in e-commerce projects and web-related activities, contributing to the development of our digital solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the team and contributing to the success of Sonepar Canada.
- A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SX.
- Over 3 years of experience in e-commerce or administrative roles, with a strong understanding of digital solutions.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle customer requests from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-first attitude, with a focus on collaboration and support.
- Collaborate with branches, Operations, and Marketing teams to enhance online customer satisfaction, contributing to the success of Sonepar Canada.
- Share your ideas and experiences with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring timely completion.
