Job Title: Strategic Planning Vice President

V4U LOGISTIC INC. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Vice President to join our team.

About the Role

The Strategic Planning Vice President will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and initiative.
