Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in geology or geoscience with a focus in hydrogeology.
  • No less than 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field; consulting experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills for both technical and non-technical clients and contractors.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working safely in remote areas and extreme environments and weather conditions.
  • Proficiency with hydrogeological software used for technical analyses, data management and modeling.
  • Familiarity with Canadian surface water and groundwater regulations and best practices.
  • Professional registration (e.g. P.Geo. or P.Geol.) or eligibility to become registered within the next couple of years.
  • A valid driver's license.
