Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kelly O'Bryan's Neighbourhood Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our food service staff and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on performance metrics
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
