About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Sun Star Mechanical LTD. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing pipe systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in plumbing.
  • Possession of a valid plumbing license.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
