Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them on job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Leadership: Hire food service staff and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Skills and Qualities: Strong leadership skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including free parking and opportunities for professional growth and development.
