Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Arborist to join our team at Royal Tree Service Inc. As an Arborist, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of trees in urban areas, ensuring their health and safety for the community.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and assess tree health, identifying potential hazards and developing plans for maintenance and removal.
  • Perform pruning, trimming, and removal of trees, using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Operate heavy machinery, such as chippers and stump grinders, to maintain and remove trees.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety harness.
  • Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
Work Environment

As an Arborist with Royal Tree Service Inc., you will work in a variety of urban settings, including parks, streets, and residential areas. You will be exposed to changing weather conditions and may work at heights.
