Merchandising Specialist

MCA - Merchandising Consultants Associates is a leading Canadian company providing top-notch merchandising services to retailers and consumer packaged goods companies.

The estimated hourly rate for this role is approximately $18-$22 CAD, based on industry standards and the location of Smithers, BC.

This part-time position involves working as a key representative for our clients, ensuring their products are well-stocked, properly arranged, and ready for customer purchase. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up attractive product displays, arranging products according to detailed planograms, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

• Set up and maintain visually appealing product displays that optimize product visibility and brand representation.
• Build, modify, and dismantle product displays while adhering to client quality and branding standards.
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed through online reports and regular updates.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Strong knowledge of smartphone technology and image recognition apps.
• Familiarity with merchandising in grocery, drug store, or big box settings.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• A self-starter mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
