Construction Labourer

At Ontario Inc, we are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team in site support roles. The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate, or diploma and less than 7 months of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth construction process.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the site remains safe and operational.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the public.
