We are seeking a qualified Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a Pharmacy Assistant in a clinical setting such as a hospital or community setting. They will be responsible for assisting the Pharmacist in providing pharmacy services including compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceutical products.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Current certificate of Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider or equivalent
  • Diploma in a Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician program from a post-secondary school (strong asset)

Additionally, the selected candidate will undergo training to obtain the necessary certifications, including a current N95 mask fit certificate CSA Standards Z94.4 (within 2 years) and Workplace Hazardous Material Information System (WHMIS) Certification (within 2 years).
